It’s much insecure they are knowing our room again &again without any reason food quality was too bad

The rooms are good but the service this time was very poor. The staff was least interested to serve properly. The breakfast was below average, the pakoras had capsicum fried in it. The drinks took ages to be served. I am a regular visitor but this time I was very disappointed

2 - bad. Heavily overpriced. Rs. 15000 for one night. It seems as if it is a itc welcom group property by the name of it which it is not. Stop fooling the masses.

We stayed at this property for two nights in the suite room. It was a good room with all facilities. The property is surrounded by fruit trees. The owners are very nice and friendly people and suggested quite a few walking routes to us to explore the place. They took care of all our needs during the stay. However the food and the staff both need an overhaul. They were the only let downs during our stay. The property has a lot more to offer than it currently does in terms of engaging the guests. For instance, the walking routes could be shared with all the guests ***** with a route map. The village in which the property is situated has been declared a heritage village but when we explored it we did not find anything worthy of interest. Though it has a lot of potential to engage tourists which the owners / management of the property can develop.

Property is unique and lush green with lot of fruit laden trees and big fancy rooms. Food is wholesome and tasty. Overall pricing is very high and pool is a kiddies pool.
